Technical Services

Safety, reliability, economy, what you need to know….
Industrial rope access was first used by mountain climbers to work part-time as window cleaners in the early days. As advanced equipment was developed, they got together and IRATA was found. In Industrial Rope Access Techniques, all technicians must always have two independently attached anchor points at all times unlike the mountain climbers who worked with only one rope. Both ropes are often linked together so as to prevent any fall on any technician in the unlikely event if one anchor point gives way. Millions of men working hours are logged worldwide without any fatal accidents. It had been accepted by both the inshore and offshore industry.

Dive-Marine Services Pte Ltd was established in 1974 providing clients with an extensive range of services. We cater Inspection Surveys, Repairs and Maintenance services using the Industrial Rope Access Technique. As new technology develops and new techniques are used, we believe that using modern equipment with new technology can be fast, cost efficient and time saving. The industry often utilises conventional methods to gain access to exterior of buildings and often, difficult areas are not assessable by such methods. We use a proven work positioning technique that allows a comprehensive range of work to be performed in high and difficult areas cost effectively. Industrial Rope Access is used for a variety of works.
